Our initial 20 minutes meeting is free of any cost and is just a chance for us to meet in person and see how we feel about working together.
The fee for each session is agreed upon during the initial session and must be paid via a payment link before each appointment. To secure ongoing sessions, payment for one session in advance is required at your first session. An invoice can be provided upon request.
The fee is reviewed every six months, and I will provide one month's notice of any increase.

During our initial meeting, we will agree on a regular session time, either once or twice weekly. Each session lasts 50 minutes, and it is important that we begin on time, as appointments cannot be extended.
I offer both in-person and online (via Zoom) appointments, subject to availability.

Once we have agreed on a regular day and time, a 50-minute session slot will be reserved for you each week.
I require at least 72 hours’ notice for cancelling sessions without charge. If you cancel at shorter notice, I reserve the right to charge the full fee.
If you miss a session without letting me know, you will need to pay for it in full unless we can find an alternative time within the same week to reschedule.

I offer long-term, open ended therapy. There is no right answer to the length of your process and exploration of self.
Often to get a deeper understanding, a minimum of a year is advisable.
Endings are agreed upon when the client is ready to finish.
